About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Polish Speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Client Concierge and Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing and managing a portfolio of clients, and delivering tailored advertising solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach: Engage with new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat to identify opportunities to grow their businesses using social media advertising solutions.
  • Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and provide solutions that meet their specific business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop a book of business by managing a portfolio of small to medium business clients, prioritizing outreach to maximize sales potential.
  • Customization: Tailor recommendations based on local business nuances, leveraging your knowledge of specific industries and markets to provide expert advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the evolving advertising products and ensure clients are adopting the right tools to optimize their performance.
  • Client Support: Provide pre- and post-sales assistance, continuously assessing and optimizing product performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends and opportunities, sharing product insights to contribute to the development of the advertising solutions.

  • Consultative Sales Skills: A strong ability to coach and consult clients, identifying sales opportunities and delivering solutions.
  • Curiosity & Learning: A passion for learning new products and technologies, and sharing ideas to improve the customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting, offering insights that solve client challenges and improve product use.
