Denied Party Screening Specialist

As a Denied Party Screening Specialist at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for screening potential or existing business partners, customers, suppliers, and any other entities as per TD SYNNEX policies and regulations through various organizations and in various systems, to provide appropriate feedback to managers and to find effective ways of communication with sales and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regulatory Compliance team in ensuring compliance with TD SYNNEX policies and regulations.
- Screen names and addresses against Denied Party lists as directed by TD SYNNEX Regulatory Compliance policies and regulations.
- Make decisions and record evidence to support compliance.
- Escalate issues to managers when necessary.
- Follow procedures as per SOPs in place.
- Classify ECCNs and deal with compliance-related correspondence in a timely and compliant manner.
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience (0-1 years) with a basic understanding of EU import-export Customs Regulations.
- Effective communication and writing skills in English and other local/regional languages.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with others.
- Basic knowledge of EU and US classification and export control of products containing encryption and export license processing.
- Experience/knowledge of international trade is desirable.
Working Conditions:
- Home office (80%) with flexible working hours, including early morning and late evening shifts, and occasional weekend work.
- Required to work on public holidays.
- Temporary contract (12 months).
