The Role

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for all People & Culture operations, including payroll, labor law compliance, health & safety, employee records, contracts, and documents. You'll also act as the main point of contact with our partners, providing guidance and support to employees and managers, and contributing to developing and implementing People & Culture procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all People & Culture operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance
  • Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a track record of handling diverse HR functions
  • Strong experience handling different Spanish labor law procedures
  • Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges
