At Immfly, we're revolutionizing the airline industry with cutting-edge digital solutions. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all People & Culture operations, including payroll, labor law compliance, health & safety, employee records, contracts, and documents.
  • Act as the main point of contact with partners, including labor agencies, benefit companies, and health & risk prevention companies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring People & Culture considerations are integrated into business strategies.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a track record of handling diverse HR functions.
  • Strong experience handling different Spanish labor law procedures.
  • Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
  • Negotiation and coaching skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including executive presence, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Organized with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
