The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our diverse workforce, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all People & Culture operations, including payroll, labor law compliance, health & safety, employee records, contracts, and documents.
  • Act as the main point of contact with our partners, including labor agencies, benefit companies, and health & risk prevention companies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring People & Culture considerations are integrated into business strategies.
Requirements
  • Technical: BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: +4 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a track record of handling diverse HR functions (labor, risk prevention, training, employee engagement).
  • Language: Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges; negotiation and coaching skills; strong interpersonal skills, including executive presence, adaptability, and resilience.
