EU Process Development Manager for Supply Chain Operations

Are you a skilled process expert with a passion for continuous improvement? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where you can create processes, operating models, and drive Amazon network improvements? This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) and contribute to operational excellence across the EU Sort Center operations. As an integral part of the ACES team, you will be responsible for developing world-class middle mile processes that deliver goods on time at the best cost.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires a strong bias for action and the ability to think strategically while executing methodically. You will support Amazon transportation by driving project management across the entire EU Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Air Node, and Delivery Station network. A successful candidate will have experience managing large and complex projects, analyzing data, and using metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives and integrate them onsite.
  • Engage with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
  • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting role.
  • Experience managing multiple ongoing projects and handling complex logistics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with high levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in process improvement, analytical tool building, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight would be beneficial in this role.
