Job Summary:

Wood is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in the refining sector. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in Basic design projects for international clients across the refining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out process engineering design activities, following client specifications and company standards and procedures to schedule and budget as advised by the project process manager.
  • Accountability for the calculations, data sheets, narrative documents, and engineering diagrams prepared for the project.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the process project manager for any business activity as required.

Requirements:

  • Chemical Engineering degree.
  • Technical knowledge of Oil & Gas and Refining process units (Crude and Vacuum, Delayed Coking, Hydrotreating, Hydrocracking, FCC, Alkylation, SRU, SWS, Utilities & Offsites, etc).
  • Proven experience in process design engineering, working at different steps of a project starting from Basic Engineering, FEED, and EPC (Greenfield / Revamp projects).
  • Further experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in technical software like ASPEN HYSYS, PRO-II, PROMAX, ASPENFLARE SYSTEM ANALYSER.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English languages.
  • Holding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required.
