We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Director to lead our wound closure portfolio business. This role requires extensive international travel and is based in Rub³, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies, including growth and innovation plans, product lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities include leading global launch and commercial planning for new products, establishing regular portfolio management analysis, and elaborating and managing Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning processes.

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of proven track record of marketing and field sales activities in different geographies, in the MedTech or Pharma business.

Expertise in the hospital segment and surgical setting will be valued. A Bachelor's degree in sciences, healthcare, or a related field is mandatory, and a Master's degree such as an MBA or similar is required.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with leadership qualities to guide and motivate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams towards achieving business objectives.
