We are seeking a Flemish speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services. This role will involve collaborating with a leading BPO company to provide exceptional customer care to top tech brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, and Business Applications, and be able to drive sales opportunities based on this knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new customer wins for a cloud, maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and presenting cloud value propositions that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include providing technical product overview, offerings, and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios, increasing technical acumen, and delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.

The role will also involve auditing and confirming implementation requirements and pricing calculations, executing quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions, and developing knowledge of the cloud's offerings and leveraging all training resources.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting group and one-on-one trainings across the centre on subjects of expertise, meeting and exceeding team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, as well as operational metrics.

Requirements for the role include intermediate or fluent verbal and written English, fluent or native in Flemish, 3 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, and a minimum of Fundamentals certification.

A broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree and experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.

Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions is preferred, as well as understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning, experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.

Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role are essential, as well as the ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.
