Key Responsibilities:- Manage the lifecycle of assigned IT services, including end-user hardware portfolio from demand to disposal.
- Develop and maintain a service roadmap to ensure smooth and efficient resolution of high-severity incidents.
- Monitor and manage service costs to aid in budget planning and execution.
- Influence the design of service architecture to ensure optimal performance.
