Business Development Representative with Multilingual Expertise

At Babel Profiles, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. This dynamic role involves building strong partnerships with top restaurants in the city, leveraging your native-level Spanish and full proficiency in English to drive sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales leads and opportunities
- Engage in high-volume cold calling and emailing to convert potential clients
- Effectively communicate the company proposition and tailor sales pitches to meet client needs
- Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
- Support the onboarding process for new clients
- Own the full sales cycle and provide feedback on market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven market research skills targeting potential clients
- Experience in outbound cold calling
- Self-motivated individual driven by achieving goals
- Ability to handle sales tools efficiently
