We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of commercial finance, financial planning, and performance management. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to develop strategic plans and provide financial guidance aligned with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance of the commercial line, including in-depth financial analysis, KPIs, and metrics to monitor company performance.
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans that align with business objectives.
• Provide trusted advice to commercial teams on pricing, promotions, investment, customers, and other key business areas.
• Assess the financial impact of different business initiatives and market dynamics using financial modeling and scenario analysis techniques.
• Present financial reports and dashboards to management teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships with commercial teams along the way.
• Ensure a strong control environment and compliance with external and internal requirements, such as accounting standards and audits.

Skillset:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in related roles, with a focus on commercial finance
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and Excel
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics
• Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable
