About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Anteriad. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our clients in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather information on English-speaking companies and their IT managers
  • Engage in phone calls to gather information and generate leads
  • Work closely with sales experts from our clients to learn about the industry and build relationships
  • Participate in our four-week onboarding process to prepare for success as an Anteriad BDR

Requirements:

  • Native level of English
  • High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
  • Experience working in a phone-based role
  • Target-driven mentality and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)

Working Arrangements:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
