About the Role

The Digital Customer Engagement Manager is a key position within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the European region. This role requires a strong technical background in SAP Basis, ERP modules, and cloud infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales-to-delivery handovers and customer onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project outcomes.
  • Support customers with technical queries and requirements, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues proactively, maintaining transparent communication and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, and customer success partners, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized digital approaches and processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
Requirements
  • Engineering graduate with 3+ years of experience in SAP technical consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, ERP modules, and cloud infrastructure, including hyperscalers and OS/DB migration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
