About the Role:

The Product Expert Manager will play a crucial role in securing in-house knowledge and governance of Digital Activities related to the commercial engine and the main business drivers for JTI. This position will oversee the Digital Experience (DES) roadmap evolution to ensure alignment with the company's global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience Integration: Collaborate with cluster-UX/UI experts to integrate requirements into user experience.
  • Product Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for business features in the respective delivery team.
  • Product Backlog Breakdown & Prioritization: Ensure and manage the right prioritization of requirements based on team capacity.
  • Product Validation: Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and comply with the Definition of Done (DoD). Conduct validation sessions with the Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or IT background, plus additional business education.
  • 4+ years of Digital IT experience within multinational FMCG companies, acting both as a business analyst and product owner.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Solid knowledge of technology used within the consumer-facing landscape: Adobe Experience, Magento, and the surrounding ecosystem (Payment Gateways, Age Verification, OMS).
  • Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Working experience with JIRA tools, especially in the CI/CD domain.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to travel to European, USA & CIS markets.
  • Use and management of Adobe Experience Manager and Magento Solutions.
  • Application Lifecycle management and Quality assurance methodology experience.
  • Vendor & Business Relationship management.
