Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Product Expert Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our digital products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered experiences that meet business objectives.
- Product Subject Matter Expert: Provide subject matter expertise on business features and requirements to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Product Backlog Breakdown & Prioritization: Work with the product team to prioritize and break down product backlogs into manageable tasks.
- Product Validation: Ensure that features meet acceptance criteria and comply with the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Conducting Validation Sessions: Collaborate with stakeholders to validate product features and ensure they meet business requirements.
Requirements
- University Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on business analysis and product ownership.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience, Magento, and related technologies.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken).
