Job Description

As a Cultivation Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our plants, including watering, potting, training, and movement of plant material and green waste. You will apply irrigation and fertilizers according to company policy and schedule.

You will perform regular quality assessments in all growth areas, recording data in our master record. Your tasks include maintaining accurate inventory, labeling plants, and reporting any events or conditions affecting plant growth to the director of cultivation.

You will also be responsible for light to medium maintenance of growing systems, including pipes, pumps, lights, and HVAC. This role requires working independently as well as part of a team, adhering to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • One year of experience in horticulture or a related field required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture preferred

Benefits
