Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation IT Specialist to join our team at Bright Horizons. As an integral part of our operational technology group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems within production machinery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out enterprise-class service level, availability, and integrity of information technologies inside production machinery.
  • Plan and execute activities necessary to ensure that information systems inside production machines are well serviced.
  • Take responsibility for deployment, machine software configuration, validation, scheduled maintenance, IT reactive maintenance, upgrade, and disposal of IT business-owned software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Accountable for implementation, IT scheduled maintenance, IT reactive maintenance, upgrades, and disposal of IT software, reporting to industrial Maintenance.
  • Maintain technical inventory and documentation of relevant systems.
  • Develop and implement change management and coordination of relevant systems.
  • Resolve IT in OT related problems at industrial asset level.
  • Manage network equipment at machine level.
  • Maintain and secure passwords, file system security, and data integrity.
  • Manage, maintain, update, and upgrade systems and software with new releases.
  • Support new projects, data flow evaluations, and budget calculations.
  • Build hardware and software documentation and inventory, responsible for IT-related data management.
  • Provide IT in OT support to eliminate production deviations within detail manufacture, sub-assembly/final assembly, builds, and FALs.

Requirements:

  • The ability to work in shifts by default.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and local language needed).
  • Familiarity with E&C company rules.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
