Senior Manager, Travel Distribution Transformation Lead
This role is a critical part of the Travel Distribution Vice President Office, responsible for managing internal transversal initiatives and serving as the relay for the Travel Unit Transformation / Operating Model team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation projects, project management, or stakeholder management, with in-depth knowledge of the travel distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transformation initiatives impacting the organization, including operating model, ways of working, and digitalization.
- Represent Travel Distribution in Travel Unit forums, working closely with the TRD Leadership team and the Travel Unit Transformation & Operating Model team.
- Coordinate participation within and outside the unit, ensuring timely and high-quality content.
Requirements:
- University degree; MBA is an asset.
- 10+ years of experience in transformation projects, project management, or stakeholder management positions.
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are considered a plus.
