  • Manage pricing and inventory to maximize revenue and profits for our hotels.
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Conduct analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and weekly and daily projections to inform business decisions.

  • Dynamic inventory allocation after analyzing segment demand.
  • Control the pilferage of rooms inventory by allocating rooms to high-yielding segments.
  • Liaise with marketing teams and design promotions and offers.
  • Closely coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Prepare forecasts of revenue and occupancy for rooms for prescribed timeframes.
  • Prepare revenue opportunity analysis.
  • Provide revenue analysis functional expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams, and sales leaders.
  • Extract and analyze data to draw viable and actionable business conclusions.
  • Compile information, analyze, and monitor actual sales against projected sales.

**Building Successful Relationships**

  • Develop and manage internal and external key stakeholder relationships.
  • Serve as the liaison, when necessary, between property and regional/corporate systems support.
