Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at DTN. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client requirements into practical terms for implementation by a team.
  • Design and conduct tests to confirm product performance.
  • Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve problems to maintain the project schedule.
  • Review design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, and recommend actions to control the project plan.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering or development experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish or English.
  • Familiarity with the project lifecycle.
  • A teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience in related industries is a plus.
  • Aviation-specific experience is preferred.
