About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the energy transition and providing innovative solutions that meet the growing energy demand of the global community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analyses on projects or programs to support the development of sustainable energy solutions.
  • Communicate HR services, initiatives, and programs to employees and management to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment.
  • Respond to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures to provide timely and accurate support.
  • Maintain, develop, propose, and implement HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • A graduate in Labor Relations or a related field is preferred.
  • Other qualifications related to the HR area (Pedagogy, Psychology, Law, etc.) may be valued.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the indicated functions is required.
  • Level of English C1 is necessary.
  • Necessary customer orientation, teamwork, work autonomy, great communication and negotiation skills, as well as good planning and organization to attend to the workload.
