Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy HR Manager. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing HR policies, methods, processes, and programs related to various HR functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyses on projects or programs to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate HR services, initiatives, and programs to employees and management.
- Respond to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain, develop, propose, and implement HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
- Support employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- A graduate in Labor Relations or a related field is preferred.
- Other qualifications related to the HR area (Pedagogy, Psychology, Law, etc.) may be valued.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functional areas.
- Level of English C1.
- Necessary customer orientation, teamwork, work autonomy, great communication and negotiation skills, as well as good planning and organization to attend to the workload.
