What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Azure Data Engineer to join our global data team. As a valued member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data landscape and helping us enhance our business analytics capabilities.

Our strategic objectives revolve around two key pillars: Microsoft Fabric adoption and leveraging AI capabilities to shape and strengthen our overall data architecture. You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to understand their data needs and incorporate their insights into our corporate infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using Microsoft Azure services and modern AI techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data entry, retrieval, change, and delete functions align with business requirements.
  • Assist in defining and deploying data governance processes that are scalable at the corporate level.
  • Assess and build the company's analytics roadmap, working closely with end users, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage data science and machine learning techniques to unlock value from our data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in applied science.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Post-graduate certification in Data Management, Big Data, or Analytics is a plus.
  • Azure Data Engineer Associate or similar certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services for data engineering and hybrid landscapes.
  • Demonstrated experience in data integration to support data marts, pipelines, and insights creation.
  • Comprehensive data platforms analysis and design experience.
  • Experience working with visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with big data and commonly used AI languages, such as R, Python, and data science and machine learning techniques.
