About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Preply. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives growth and engagement across our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Chief Brand Officer and senior stakeholders to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels, including marketing, product, and sales.
  • Develop and implement a robust brand measuring framework to track media impact and inform budget allocation decisions.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to define success metrics for our campaigns and develop a campaign/production calendar to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and evolve a team of content creators, social media managers, and campaign managers.
  • Define the global technology stack for communications management and measurement, including media intelligence, influencer research, and social media planning.
  • Drive innovation in new and existing channels to effectively reach our audience through content and collaborations that support our brand's core value propositions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving growth through content marketing.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story.
  • Knowledge of new and innovative approaches or mediums of content, with a special interest in data-driven thinking.
