**About the Role**
Verisure is seeking a talented and innovative HR Systems Data & Configuration Specialist to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving Verisure's growth by delivering Group HR strategy and best practices at a global level.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement in the HR Data Warehouse solution, leveraging Azure technology.
- Partner with country HR teams to drive system improvements, review and collate inputs, with the objective of enhancing user adoption of reporting solutions.
- Deliver on country service requests and manage system incidents, providing hands-on support to stakeholders and team members.
- Gain hands-on experience in configuring Workday across various modules, including HCM, Learning, Talent, and Compensation.
- Work with leading technologies such as Phenom People, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Provide support to stakeholders and functional teams, working to tight deadlines.
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, challenge preconceptions, and take ownership of necessary action items.
- Coordinate between stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultural backgrounds.
- Develop transactional reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
**Requirements**
- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables.
- Interest in HR or IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Ability to frame problems and break them down into manageable pieces.
