About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the global launch of an innovative new title. As Director, Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement, and player acquisition globally.

Job Description

This role requires a proven track record of delivering business results, innovative creative work, and delighting player communities. You will manage a sizable marketing budget, align large cross-functional teams, and drive creative work with multiple internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy for the new title, driving growth, engagement, and player acquisition.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, including product marketing, brand marketing, influencer marketing, community, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing/UA, growth marketing/CRM, creative, partnerships, dev/game team, international, comms/PR, finance, product management, analytics, research, partnerships, and beyond.
  • Analyze player KPIs and business results to inform strategies, drive agile iteration of plans, and double down/scale back on initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, brand marketing, or integrated marketing within a top-tier game studio, developer, or publisher.
  • Demonstrated results managing sizable marketing investments and aligning large cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading marketing across all stages of a product's lifecycle, from announce, pre-launch, launch, and large-scale growth.
  • Passion for games and cutting-edge games marketing.

Salary

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
