As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing health, care, and education beyond extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on established standards and policies.
- Delegate tasks to professional and non-professional personnel involved in patient care.
- Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, with a focus on wound care treatment and prevention.
- Perform technical procedures safely, effectively, and efficiently, and actively promote infection control practices.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, prioritizing and coordinating activities related to patient care management.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing updates and information as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improving patient care and education.
- Seek supervision and consultation when needed, and delegate tasks safely and appropriately to other team members.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on clinical coordination.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months.
- Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred: BSN degree and 1 year of experience in a related clinical area.
