Value Engineering Manager

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Value Engineering Manager to lead our EMEA Growth segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end customer value journeys, landing and expanding existing customers, and renewals. You will work closely with our GTM Leadership Teams and be part of the EMEA Growth Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and frame value for prospects and customers, including responsibility for landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing accounts.
- Translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and evangelize EMS across prospects and customers.
- Communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives in partnership with sales leadership.
- Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio and solidify Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform for our customers.
- Domain expertise in finance or supply chain, with the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for customers.
- Industry expertise, with a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite.
- Product expertise, with experience guiding customer IT teams throughout their EMS journey.
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines.
- Executive stakeholder management, with experience preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management.
- Value selling methodology, with experience following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey.
- Value realization, with a proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for customers.
- Sales and commercial acumen, with the ability to qualify all VE engagements, do discovery with customers directly, steer/allocate resources efficiently, and champion our value selling methodology with customers.
