Marketplace Strategist

At Amazon, we're committed to helping our Selling Partners succeed in the ever-evolving world of e-commerce. As a Marketplace Consultant, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and program satisfaction for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies and managing timelines, expectations, and communications.
- Run business analyses, producing profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide range of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact, leveraging Amazon's solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Support execution and operational challenges, serving as a proficient sparring partner to guide the execution of strategic plans and answer ad-hoc questions.
- Build relationships by collaborating closely with Selling Partners and delivering results, using trust to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Coach Selling Partners on Amazon's solutions and news, enhancing their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
- Recruit prospective Selling Partners for SAS, identifying, qualifying, and engaging with them based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with Selling Partners.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Work experience in top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/e-commerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, supply chain management, or similar.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a similar program from a top-tier university.
- Strong analytical skills, allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
- Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to successfully attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders.
