We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer (H/M) Design and Testing to join our Safety Department at our Leganés factory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing electromechanical components for elevator safety systems.
  • Performing electromechanical calculations.
  • Planning, executing, and documenting testing procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Industrial Engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in CAD 3D / PTC Creo 8.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Desirable skills and knowledge:

  • Design, manufacturing, and testing of elevator safety components.
  • Project management skills.
  • Finite element simulation experience, with expertise in ALTAIR (HyperWorks, Flux,...).
  • Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of plastic materials.
  • Electronics design knowledge.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
