About the Role
We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Prodrive Technologies. In this role, you will prepare and explain high-quality quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, providing senior management with a solid basis for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality quantitative analyses and qualitative insights to support senior management decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather information necessary for your analyses.
- Discuss and refine analyses with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and train on decision support tools and methods.
- Focus on providing support in Operations, including Manufacturing, Planning, and Purchasing.
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. You should have excellent analytical and modeling skills, a strong ability to generate and communicate fact-based insights effectively, and proven ability to build relationships quickly and work well within a team.
