Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer/Analyst to join our cross-functional team at Cognizant. As a key member of our team, you will work on exciting projects with our clients, providing expert advice on software quality and collaborating with clients to accelerate and improve the QE&A process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand functional and data model knowledge
  • Learn tools necessary for successful execution and defect analysis
  • Leverage client knowledge of business processes
  • Perform peer reviews on team member deliverables
  • Support business users during user acceptance testing
  • Perform test execution
  • Provide high-quality analysis of assigned work items
  • Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time
  • Support testing for production issues
  • Contribute to work estimates as necessary
  • Motivate team members to create a positive work environment
  • Share knowledge with other testers
  • Seek and share ways to improve test processes
  • Create test data
Job Requirements
  • Strong experience as a QA professional in SAP
  • Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines
  • Expertise in designing, preparing, and executing complex testing solutions
  • Experience in supporting/supervising more junior team members
  • Effective communication with QA Managers, Test Leads, Developers, and BAs
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in SAP SM, DM, and/or logistics industry
  • Experience in test automation
