Position Overview
The chosen individual will join the Corporate Taxation Division of the Tax Advisory Directorate within Ferrovial's General Economic-Financial Directorate.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive corporate taxation counsel for Ferrovial entities on a global scale.
- Support the Tax Planning team in providing insights on various tax issues to international subsidiaries, including cross-border restructuring and withholding tax challenges.
- Collaborate with local external tax consultants, evaluate their advice, and relay findings to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with regional and local tax professionals, serving as a partner to discuss tax implications and optimal project frameworks.
- Assist in intricate tax initiatives focusing on international group tax regulations, foreign tax statutes, double taxation treaties, and EU tax legislation.
- Contribute to the preparation and assessment of the annual Corporate Income Tax expense provision for the Group.
- Provide assistance in tax defense and litigation during tax audits and disputes across various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate on Global Reporting assignments.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Law.
- Master's degree in taxation.
- At least 3 years of experience in a law firm, Big 4, or in-house tax department.
- Experience collaborating with global team members and fostering relationships across different functions.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a technology-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
