We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our corporate income tax strategy and managing our tax operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Tax Strategy: Develop and implement our corporate income tax strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Manage Tax Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of our tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy management.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and business segments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Tax Developments: Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and recommend responsive actions to manage existing positions and capture new opportunities.
- Develop and Maintain Tax Risk Policy: Develop and maintain our tax risk policy, including tax risk registers and tax control frameworks.
- Education: Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration/Economics with a focus on International Taxation or Law with a focus on International Tax Law.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of work experience, including a combination of Big 4 and industry experience, with 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in international tax, demonstrated experience of M&A involvement and due diligence, and experience in managing and leading a functional team.
