In this role, you will provide critical support to our clients, including servicing periodic board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for proactively supporting the incorporation and liquidation process, as well as statutory responsibilities such as filing reports and accounts.
About YouWe are looking for a graduate in business and/or corporate law with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration. You should be willing to further develop your international tax and corporate company law knowledge. As a highly organized and accurate individual, you will be able to multi-task and work effectively within a team as well as individually. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a fluent level of English and Spanish, are essential for this role.
