We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a key member of our IT MSE Amazon Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our eMarketplace platforms with a specific focus on Retail, Digital Shelf, and Operations Functions.
This role requires a deep understanding of eMarketplace platforms, particularly Amazon, and the ability to drive innovation and growth in these areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers, and data analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive AdTech strategy for our business on Amazon, with a specific focus on leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud to enhance advertising campaigns and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain and IT, to define and prioritize requirements for AdTech projects on Amazon, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related AdTech initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in AdTech on Amazon, and incorporate these insights into our strategy.
- Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AdTech projects on Amazon, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with IT development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development and implementation phases.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on advertising campaigns on Amazon, leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud to optimize performance and drive results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of eMarketplace platforms, particularly Amazon.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize requirements for AdTech projects.
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud and AdTech platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
