About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our Digital Commerce team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting the vision and direction of our product team, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, and reporting out on business results to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize regional stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation
  • Identify opportunities through industry research and competitive analysis
  • Build and execute a product strategy and roadmap, including a 3-year strategy, 4-quarter roadmap, and 3-month backlog
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, orders, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
  • Define product requirements through customer personas, journey maps, and user stories
  • Coordinate the design of customer experiences, including UX visual design, concept testing, and usability testing
  • Manage product testing, including business and IT quality assurance, show-n-tell, demos, and release readiness
  • Assist with business rollout, including business training and sales support
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Product Owner/Manager certification
