About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop complex technical solutions for global clinical operations, ensuring alignment with defined solution architecture.
  2. Create detailed process designs to operate software/services on a day-to-day basis, meeting quality and performance requirements.
  3. Take ownership of technical delivery of projects/use cases for global clinical operations, ensuring adherence to solution architecture design.
  4. Ensure detailed designs adhere to architectural roadmap, supporting the development, execution, and operations of software/services.
  5. Provide authoritative technical guidance and ownership on project execution, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Ensure user experience is considered when designing new solutions and services.
  7. Adhere to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
  8. Lead high to medium-sized complexity projects as an individual contributor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience with expert understanding and proven track record in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex technical solutions.
  • Background in programming and solution design, with exposure to a wide range of technologies.
  • Experience in integrating or implementing Commercial off-the-shelf products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a matrixed and multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally in the Pharma industry, including Computer System Validation.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
