Solution Delivery Architect Global Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop detailed solutions for business or technology areas, aligning with defined solution architecture and creating process designs for day-to-day software/service operation.
- Take ownership of technical project delivery for specific business areas, ensuring designs adhere to solution architecture and support software/service development, execution, and operations.
- Provide authoritative technical guidance and ownership on project execution, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure user experience is considered in designing new solutions and services.
- Adhere to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
- Contribute to high to medium complexity projects as an individual contributor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience with expert understanding and proven track record in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex technical solutions with large data volumes.
- Background in programming and solution design, with exposure to a wide range of technologies.
- Experience in integrating or implementing Commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior IT and business stakeholders.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter with autonomy in a matrixed and multi-cultural environment, taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally in the Pharma industry, including Computer System Validation.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
