About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop detailed technical solutions for business operations, ensuring alignment with defined solution architecture and quality requirements.
  • Take ownership of technical delivery for projects and use cases, ensuring designs adhere to solution architecture and are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide authoritative technical guidance and ownership on project execution, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure user experience is considered in solution design and development.
  • Adhere to security and compliance policies and procedures within service delivery scope.
  • Contribute to high to medium complexity projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex technical solutions.
  • Expertise in programming and solution design, with exposure to a wide range of technologies.
  • Experience in integrating or implementing commercial off-the-shelf products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment, taking full ownership of deliverables.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally in the pharma industry, including computer system validation.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
