Customer Service Representative with French Language Skills

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with advanced French language proficiency to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by making information readily available and demonstrating products and services as needed.
- Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
- Research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly.
- Create a plan for gaining customers and retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
- Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market.
- Train other sales people in the art of selling.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines.
- Native French speaker with advanced level of English.
- First-class written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, reliable, and thorough.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
- 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:00.
- Salary: €18,953.85 gross/year + performance bonuses.
- Referral Program: Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (up to €2,000 depending on the language/project).
