Our comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience in the market enable us to meet the training needs of the global aviation industry.

As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground, focusing on fundamental flying and theory skills.
  • Clearly communicating instructions and adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs.
  • Emphasizing and enforcing safety standards throughout the training process, instructing students on emergency procedures and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Regularly assessing students' progress through evaluations and providing constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement and working with students to address weaknesses.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Staying current with aviation regulations and ensuring that all training activities adhere to applicable laws and standards set by aviation authorities.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in flight training and instruction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
