**THE ROLE**

The main responsibility for Training Administrator is to provide support on Training applicable systems to ensure compliance of ATO Operations and Training delivery in an effective and efficient manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of training documentation as required, including trainees' files with all relevant forms in reference to the indicated courses.
- Ensure timely production of course documentations, including company specific documents/forms if required
- Administer course prerequisites for all clients
- Maintenance of clients records as per ATO OPS manual requirements
- Knowledge and follow up all training guidelines being informed about ATO OPS Manual and ATO PROCESS Manual contents.
- Control of instructors, keeping files updated with all relevant documents required to exercise their privileges as instructor/examiner.
- Maintain Instructors records in Gemini/STARS (or relevant system).
- Check and review training records ensuring the adequate completion by instructors/ examiners
- Issue training completion certificates as needed, related to the indicated course and considering the special indications or procedures stated for each customer.
- Keep a copy of all trainee documents, training records and certificates for the period required by regulation.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Administrative experience from the aviation industry is desirable
- Education - high school as a minimum with 0-3 years related experience
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement and customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude are essential
- Organized and accurate detail work are essential
- Able to work using own initiative
- Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment. Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly
- Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances.
