Job Description

Project Manager - Blades Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our blades development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, coordinating with interdisciplinary project teams, and ensuring project results meet quality and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, service, and installation teams
  • Ensure project results meet quality and budget expectations
  • Report to the program director and escalate issues to relevant committees
  • Evaluate project ideas and support up to approval
  • Coordinate necessary resources with line and project managers
  • Coordinate technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management
  • Organize prototype tests and ramp-up activities in operational areas

Requirements

  • Diploma/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
  • Project management experience required (PM certification preferred)
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Very good MS Office skills (incl. MS Project Server)
  • Experience in an ERP and PDM system advantageous
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good English; beneficial German and Spanish
  • High quality awareness and assertiveness
  • Intercultural experience necessary
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~10%)
