Job Description

A prestigious outsourcing and BPO company is seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking HR administrator to join their team in Valencia, Spain.

About the Role:

  • This position involves providing top-notch support to employees and clients via various communication channels.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contract-related matters are meticulously organized.
  • They will also play a crucial role in supporting new employees during their onboarding process and assist with administrative tasks such as VSO agreements and time registration.
  • Additionally, this person will review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits, and stay updated on relevant legislation including NDA and GDPR compliance.
  • As the primary point of contact for salary-related inquiries, they will manage payroll effectively.
  • Moreover, they will identify opportunities for process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must be a native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal skills, as well as a good level of English.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems is essential.
  • A basic understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues related to payroll is necessary.
  • This individual must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills to address payroll and HR-related issues are necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information is essential.
  • Collaborative teamwork is vital for success in this role.
