Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for long-term success with Deel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of our Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for a diverse set of clients.
  • Become a Deel expert and a go-to resource for our customers and internal colleagues by deeply understanding our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and credibility.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems creatively and resourcefully.
  • Make meaningful contributions to team goals by collaborating closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience & R&D.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a customer onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.
  • High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients.
