Customer Care Professional

As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and sales teams across all forms of media. This on-site position is based in Barcelona and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the company's mission.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving and processing customer requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, and adjustments;
• Building strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service through various communication channels;
• Utilizing tools like internal shop and Sales Force to transfer quotations to SAP as orders;
• Overseeing the purchasing and tracking of goods on orders;
• Coordinating timely deliveries to meet customer needs and minimizing open orders at month-end;
• Monitoring open orders via ZSOS;
• Retrieving customer information, stock status, and purchase order status using LMS Shop/Sales Force.com and SAP;
• Collaborating with Business Units to obtain delivery information for scheduled shipments;
• Verifying credit status with the credit department and defining payment methods;
• Maintaining files of active orders and documenting changes, partial shipments, and credit changes;
• Preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring credits are created and issued;
• Processing sales orders within defined timelines and invoicing accordingly;
• Providing customers with quotations within specified deadlines;
• Purchasing parts from Business Units and third-party vendors and coordinating equipment returns for repair;
• Monitoring outstanding purchase orders from Business Units and third parties;
• Coordinating the processing of credit notes to customers;
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP systems, be fluent in Spanish and English, and demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills. A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction (both internal and external) is essential. Additional desirable qualities include fluency in Portuguese and experience in the biomedical/healthcare sector.
