Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve answering customer inquiries regarding products and services via phone and email, supporting clients in various sectors, and finding client-oriented solutions. You will also be responsible for providing information about products, prices, and discounts, as well as finishing orders and sales over the phone.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a sales attitude, business acumen, good communication skills, and be a proactive team player. You should also be fluent in German and have a good command of English, with experience in sales or a sales-oriented background. Additionally, you should have good negotiation skills, work precisely, and be comfortable with administrative tasks.

The Offer:

We are offering a long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable every year, with a salary of €1,300-€1,400 gross/month (including free accommodation) or €1,700-€1,800 gross/month (excluding accommodation). International candidates will receive reimbursement of their initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to their home country. Private health insurance and free Portuguese lessons are also included.
