We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Flight IT team at TUI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating solution options, consulting with stakeholders, and defining and articulating business needs to enable the design and delivery of technical solutions that add value across our global platforms and services.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver Flight Fulfillment Services from conception to operation. You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, data analysts, business product owners, software developers, technology leads, and UX/UI designers to clearly define, document, and communicate requirements that will enable the implementation of new changes and enhancements to our digital platforms in an agile manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate solution options and consult with stakeholders to define and articulate business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Flight Fulfillment Services
- Define and document new business, user, and system requirements
- Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance
- Provide business analysis to multiple agile delivery teams
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Experience working for a GDS, airline, or travel company and a deep understanding of post-booking processes
- Experience with airline systems like New Skies and GDS systems like Amadeus and Farelogix
- Strong knowledge of NDC, NDC-X, JSON, XML, CSV
- Good knowledge of API technologies like REST, SOAP, and Postman
- Familiar with database queries (SQL)
- Experience with microservice architecture and AWS services is beneficial
